Careers at MicroPyramid
We have been building production software since 2014, for clients across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, the UAE, and Singapore. Engineers here own their work end to end: the person who scopes a project is the one who ships it.
Engineering roles
We hire senior Python, Django, React, and SvelteKit engineers as project demand grows, and we read every speculative application. If you build well and want ownership rather than tickets, write to us before a role is posted.
Internship tracks
A structured training track for people who want real production experience: mentored work on live codebases, code review from senior engineers, and a path into a paid role.

How the internship track works
The internship is a training position and is not salaried. We would rather be direct about that up front than bury it. In exchange you get mentored work on live client codebases, review from senior engineers, and the fundamentals that make someone employable anywhere.
We train thoroughly before offering full-time roles, and interns who do strong work are first in line when paid positions open.
How to apply
Send your CV with links to your GitHub, portfolio, and anything you are proud of. Tell us which track you want and what you have built.
