Refactored.ai needed more than a standard learning portal. The goal was to create a multi-tenant upskilling and testing platform where learners could build practical skills, practice in realistic environments, and receive AI-assisted interview feedback.
The platform had to support training, assessment, and candidate improvement in one cohesive experience while also serving organizational use cases around workforce development, upskilling, and hiring readiness.
What We Built
We built the complete application from the ground up as a multi-tenant platform combining learning workflows, assessment flows, AI-assisted audio/video interview analysis, and hands-on technical practice environments.
This included a modernized interview feedback system, customized Jupyter notebook workflows, on-demand learner workspaces, and mobile-aware product delivery.
